With my chauffeur and baggage handler Miss Wilde at my disposal, we left Key West after saying a few thank yous to everyone who had helped us this week. It was a pretty long drive that involved a stop off not only at Wendy's but another visit to burritoville, aka Taco Bell. We were rewarded with a pretty decent hostel (even tho as soon as we got there we were told we shared a room with a fruit loop....no change there then), which boasted a pool and was very close to the sea. A visit to the local supermarket made us come up trumps, where to our amazement there was an aisle full of Brit treats including baked beans, maltesers, curry and treacle pudding! We were so excited after 3 months without a 'Pride of India' in sight we cooked up a treat, much to the jealousy of our yanky counterparts! Ha ha! We didn't really go far from the hostel but we did see some amazing sunsets and Kate still indulged in a little tan action by the pool.
